Dr. Sunil is the Chairman & Consultant Intensivist at Manipal Hospital and has managed thousands of ICU patients. He was one of the first persons involved in conceptualising e-rounds for sick patients in district hospitals. He was part of the BBMP and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences COVID task force with active participation in making guidelines and policies for the government. He has also been part of the Technical Advisory committee for COVID for Government of Karnataka, involved in initiating and running a very successful ECMO program.
